This 4-week mindfulness group will provide effective tools to help you attain more mental and emotional health. Mindfulness can provide relief and help manage depression, anxiety, grief and stress. This group will leave you feeling restored, renewed and refreshed! This is an educational, process oriented group that will be facilitated by Auburn Meisner, LCSW, CST. This group will meet once a week on Thursday evenings for four weeks. During these four weeks, participants will learn new mindfulness exercises, have accompanying resources, and gain practice exercising these skills and processing them in a group setting.
